BLANKET SPECIFICATIONS
It has always been the mission of Project Linus to donate ONLY handmade blankets, quilts or afghans. Thousands of letters and thank you notes are received every year from children expressing how touched they are that a stranger took the time to make something for them. They really know the difference.  Purchased blankets are nice, but handmade blankets are from the heart and therefore must meet the following guidelines:

ALL blankets must be new and handmade.  What does this mean?  "handmade" or "homemade" is something that is NOT commercially manufactured or purchased (home sewing machines, knitting machines, etc. are fine).
Blankets, like children, come in all sizes.
ALL sizes are approximate and must be this size when COMPLETE

Baby: 36"x 36 " ** Toddler: 35"x 45" **
Child: 45"x 60" ** Teen: 50"x 75" **
Other 48"x84"

if we receive anything smaller than 36"x36" we will not use and will give to another organization
